Frequently asked questions

What is the Pacific Alliance Group (PAG) ecosystem?

PAG is a multi-jurisdictional business governance, operational risk assessment, and strategic advisory ecosystem designed to help private brownfield companies prepare for institutional growth.

How are the different entities inside PAG structured?

Our ecosystem operates with strict separation of duties. Pacific Alliance International Consulting (PAiC) handles initial screening and client intake, while Zarif Menon & Associates (ZMA) independently executes deep corporate governance and commercial risk reviews.

What exact services does PAG provide to its clients?

We provide operational due diligence, internal corporate governance frameworks, institutional readiness assessments, and administrative transaction coordination to align businesses with international standards.

What is a Mutual Engagement & Governance Framework Fee Agreement (MEGFFA)?

The MEGFFA is our mandatory onboarding and compliance framework. It acts as a structural gatekeeper, ensuring a client's internal operations are strictly vetted and fully compliant before any project proceeds.

What does "administrative transaction coordination" mean?

It means we manage the internal paperwork, operational timelines, and structural readiness of a business so it can smoothly interact with external corporate entities and institutional partners.

Does PAG provide investment advice or financial services?

No. PAG is completely independent of capital-market activities. We do not provide financial due diligence, investment advice, portfolio management, or trade in capital market instruments.

Is PAG a fundraising agency or a financial broker?

No. We do not operate as capital brokers, finders, or deal-structurers. We do not solicit the public for funds, nor do we manage capitalraising activities for clients.

Does PAG charge transaction based capital placement commissions?

No. We do not charge percentagebased finder's fees or fundraising commissions. Our fee structures consist strictly of standard retainer fees and predetermined strategic advisory milestone success premiums.

Are PAG’s services regulated by the Securities Commission?

No. Because our advisory scope is strictly operational and limited to private entities, we do not engage in regulated capital market activities and do not require a Capital Markets Services Licence (CMSL).
